Original and peaceful Cabin with a central location by the sea only 10 minutes by car from the airport. Good view over Tromsø and lots of wildlife to be seen from the cabin. Excellent bus connections to the city and the Airport. A short 10-minute walk to one of the city's best grocery stores, Eide Handel. The cabin has many original details. A good wood-burning stove and balcony make the visit an experience, both in summer and winter.

Setting / Neighborhood description

The cabin is located just off the main road to Tromsø. It is a waterfront property which is separated from the main road by a small area of open woodland. You may have reindeer visiting the property. There is a short trail that slopes downward to the cabin and steps leading up to the front door.

Getting there

Tromsø international airport is 10 minutes’ drive away. There is private parking at the top of the trail down to the cabin. There is a good bus connection serving both the airport and the city. Upon arrival there is a short downward sloping trail (snow covered in wintertime) leading down to the cabin entrance steps.

Eide Cabin can accommodate 3.
Two bedrooms- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160cm), and 1 single room (bed size 90cm).
Bathroom - Shower cabinet, sink. Seperate toilet + sink.
Kitchen - Electrical hob/oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle
Living/Dining Area with wood burning stove, a small amount of wood is provided for guests and then it is up to guests to buy wood. (The main heating in the cabin is provided by panel heaters)
